Some services may require their own separate privacy policy; in such cases, the specific service's policy applies rather than this Privacy Policy.<\/p><h4><b>What information we collect<\/b><\/h4><p class=\" translation-block\">For the App to function and connect you with someone you saw in person\u2014and whom you are interested in getting to know\u2014you must enter certain information about yourself, such as basic details regarding your appearance or profile. <br>Additionally, through the App's operation, we collect information such as the time and specific location where you saw a person and either expressed interest or responded to interest they showed in you by making the characteristic gesture.<\/p><p>You can find more detailed information below.<\/p><h4><strong><br \/>What information do you enter\/provide to us?<br \/><\/strong><\/h4><p>To use the services of the Tick For Two Application, you provide us\u2014at your discretion\u2014with certain information, which includes the following:<\/p><ul><li aria-level=\"1\">When creating your account, you provide us with at least your email address and mobile phone number, as well as certain basic details necessary for the operation of the Application, such as your gender and date of birth.<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">In your profile, you can enter your sexual orientation and other information\u2014such as details about your physical appearance, whether you own a car or a motorcycle, and your hobbies or interests\u2014as well as upload photos. By providing such information to the App, you consent to its use for the purposes specified and defined in this Privacy Policy. Information is also collected regarding when and how you used the App, as well as your communications with another person with whom you exchanged expressions of \"Interest.\"<\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\" class=\" translation-block\"><strong>Device Information<\/strong><br>We collect information from the device or devices you use to access the Application. You can adjust the settings on your device to either grant or deny permission for the collection of such information or the display of such notifications. Please note that we may reject requests\u2014for instance, if we are unable to verify your identity, or if the request is unlawful or infringes upon trade secrets, intellectual property rights, or the privacy or other rights of another person. Furthermore, we may be unable to fulfill certain requests to object to or restrict the processing of personal data, particularly when doing so would prevent us from continuing to provide our service or Application to you. For example, we cannot provide access to the Application if we do not have your date of birth\u2014and thus cannot verify that you are 18 years of age or older\u2014unless you have formally declared this.<\/p><h4><strong><br \/><b>How long we keep your personal information\u00a0<\/b><br \/><\/strong><\/h4><p>We retain your personal information only for as long as we need it for legitimate business purposes, as described above and permitted by applicable law. If you decide to stop using the Application, you can delete your account, and your profile will no longer be visible to any user. Please note that your account will be automatically deleted if you do not use the Application for two years. Following the closure of your account, we will delete your personal information\/data as described below:<\/p><ol><li aria-level=\"1\">To protect the safety of our users, we implement a data retention policy of three months for account closures and one year for suspended accounts. During this period, we retain the information in case we need to investigate illegal or dangerous behavior. This data retention is based on our legitimate interest as well as the interests of potential third-party victims.<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">Once the aforementioned information retention period expires, we delete the data and retain limited information only for specific purposes, such as:<\/li><\/ol><p class=\" translation-block\">(a) <strong>We retain certain data\/information to comply with legal data retention requirements<\/strong>: Specifically, we retain transaction data for 10 years to comply with tax and accounting legal requirements; credit card details for the duration of the period during which the user is entitled to dispute transactions; and \"traffic data\"\/log files for one year to comply with legal data retention requirements. We also maintain records of user consent for five years as proof of our compliance with applicable legislation.<\/p><p class=\" translation-block\">b) <strong>We retain certain data\/information based on our legitimate interest<\/strong>: We retain records of user support data as well as purchases\/subscriptions for five years in order to support our user support decisions, enforce our rights, and defend ourselves in the event of a claim. We retain information regarding the existence of past accounts and subscriptions\u2014which we delete three years after the closure of your last account\u2014to ensure standard and accurate financial forecasting and reporting. We retain profile data for one year in anticipation of potential litigation and for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims; we also retain necessary data to prevent banned users from opening a new account, for as long as is required to protect the safety and vital interests of our users.<\/p><p class=\" translation-block\">c) <strong>We retain information based on our legitimate interest<\/strong> where there is an outstanding or potential issue, claim, or dispute requiring us to retain information. Specifically, if we receive a valid legal subpoena or request requiring us to preserve data, we will need to retain such data in order to comply with our legal obligations. Data is retained if deemed necessary as part of legal proceedings.<\/p><h4><b>Use of the Application by children is not permitted.<\/b><\/h4><p>Use of the Application is permitted only for individuals aged 18 and over. If you suspect that a user is under 18, please submit a report.<\/p><h4><strong><br \/><b>Amendments\/Updates to the Privacy Policy<\/b><br \/><\/strong><\/h4><p>This Privacy Policy is subject to change.
